I will teach you the basics from mashed potatoes and fried chicken to baking your own bread. Let me know what you would like to learn and you provide the space and ingredients. I'll give you a list of what will be needed. How simple or how complex we make it will be up to you!! Best part will be you getting to eat the meal you prepare! We will have to negotiate on price for a meal that will take multiple hours and plan that for a weekend day.
Training & Qualifications
I am 34 years old and have been cooking since I was 10. I was taught by my grandmother and mother both stronger in separate areas. I love reading cook books and watching cooking shows. I love to try new cuisines and getting creative, not that it always works out but I am solid in the basics!
Availability & Preferences
After 530 pm all week. I have a two year old during the day.
