I teach you a combination of the following:
Breathing techniques
Meditaion techniques
Asana (poses) and the correct alignment
Tips about mindfullness, and wellness
Optional class focuses or types:
Chi focused
Yin (longer poses, no aerobic movement)
Yang intense (For those who want do harder asana like arm balances more often on the class, with an overall faster pace)
Guided meditation
Meditation focused class( half the time is dedicated to seated meditation)
Restoritive need more props and the class needs to be at least 90 minutes so the price is $90.
