You wish to build more happiness, positive emotions, happiness at work, resilience to challenges, be nicer to yourself, be more playful, learn how to be more mindful or to stress less, or boost your relationships?
Whichever of these topics is your focus and interest, and wherever you are in this process, I can offer you a minimum of three valuable customized tools/exercises (or readings, such as an article or book, if I realize that is more valuable for you) to work on it and advance to the next step in your journey.
I will give you ideas and knowledge on what kind of exercises and practices to do and explore - but then it is down to you to try them out!
We can do this or in a 30min skype call, or I can send you a series of 4 emails - first one wish questions to learn more about your needs and wishes, second to potentially ask for clarifications, third one with several exercises and readings, and fourth one as a follow-up to see how are you doing.

Training & Qualifications
I hold Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge,
and I am a certified trainer and a coach, as well as NLP Masters practitioner.
I am active as a trainer for the last 10 years (and as a coach for the last 7 years) and have plenty experience and knowledge from the field of positive psychology - plus, I love exploring new ideas and developing new activities related to it :)
Availability & Preferences
I am most often available on working days (especially Mon-Tue-Wed), ideally late morning or early afternoon CET (central european timezone). But this highly depends on the week, so please check my availability for the week you have in mind.
