You must come with an open mind and heart. Be ready for the most blunt but compassionate feedback you've probably ever had.
Expressing and listening are equally important parts of communication.
I'll coach you to communicate feelings honestly, directly and compasionantly. Either thought help composing a letter or role playing a conversation.
I will also help you identify areas you can improve listening skills.
Verbal/visual communication is my strong suite so I prefer in person or video chat.
Training & Qualifications
I have facilitated relationship groups for many years and hold an AS in Social Work. Whatever community I find myself in I tend to become the "go to" person for all things relationship and communication.
