If you are ready to simplify your life, I can help you determine the things that are really important to you and let go of the things that weigh you down. My goal is to empower You to free Yourself from your baggage.
Purging can be difficult and overwhelming process for some. I will help you through that process and make a personal "Purge Plan" with you.
Depending on our barter and your needs this plan can be more or less complex. It can be as simple as a single session with a basic plan, or as in depth as having me by your side for support through your purge. You can also start simple and ease yourself into a deeper purge. Whatever it is I'll empower you down the path that is right for you. This is a very personalized service.

I have been simple living for several years now. I now live in a tiny home and enjoy my simple life! I want to share this freeing and ecologically responsible way of life with everyone!
I spent many years devoted to developing my communication skills and empathy, in my personal and academic life. I have my AS degree in Social Work and have facilitated many groups over the years.
