-Listen to you wholeheartedly and empathetically ~ it will be completely confidential unless I sense some threat
-Be that one person to which you can tell even your most minute woes
-If you solicit advice, I will give it to you
-If you end up getting really stressed out, I can guide you in breathing exercises to get you back to a constructive level
-Communicate either via phone, skype, FaceTime, or even text message if that's what you need
Training & Qualifications
I've been an unofficial therapist for a couple dear friends over the years. I have also been in therapy consistently since I was 12 - so I understand the merits of talking through problems. I won't give you advice unless you solicit it - so I will almost quite literally be a pair of ears
Availability & Preferences
I'm freest evenings and weekends but we can arrange a time because this will only last 5 minutes
