Reiki (Distance or In Person)

I will provide a 1-hour Reiki session either at my studio for people in the Sacramento, CA, area , or anywhere through distance sessions.
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. It is a subtle and effective form of energywork using spiritually guided life force energy. Rieki is incredibly sweet energy that loosens and releases energy, emotional blocks and pains trapped in the body. Benefits of Reiki include reduction in stress and pain, and greater clarity and calm related to stresses in your life.
We can focus on a specific physical or mental/emotional challenge you're having, or on release and relaxation in general. I love introducing creativity into my sessions, which sometimes become a game of detective work, identifying the source of energy blocks, stress or pain and using practices like drumming and other sounds, stones and objects from nature, and my and the client's imagination to work free what in them is ready to be released. It is a process that can allow for a lot of agency from clients to work through what they need, with loving and creative support from me. When doing long-distance sessions, I work with a partner in a form of tandem Reiki we've developed that we're finding to be significantly more effective than working individually.
Of course, none of that is necessary! You can also just lie back (fully clothed, on a massage table or in your home for a distance session), and relax!

Training & Qualifications
I am a Master level Reiki practitioner in both traditional Usui and Karuna (compassion energy) styles. I have been practicing Reiki for three years, trained through Reiki Focus (http://reikifocus.org/). I also combine my Reiki practice with creative, self-reflective practices like SoulCollage(R). Saturdays and Thursdays. Other days available on request. Reiki can also be sent long-distance! Prior to a long-distance session, we'd have a phone or email discussion to get a sense of what you'd like to focus on.
