Hey there! My name's Michael. I'm a writer, coach, comedian, and musician who is addicted to learning, performing, and cultivating creativity in others. I currently live in Richmond, VA.

I published a book in 2019 titled "Message with Purpose: Swipe Dating Simplified" which is all about how to communicate better, express yourself effortlessly, and connect more often with others on dating apps.

Mindfulness and breathwork have become big parts of my life. I do workshops where I combine meditation with improvisational theater exercises to help my clients have more confidence and better express themselves.

I'm also a Creative Consultant. I love coming up with ideas and shaping them into something tangible. I also love helping others structure their ideas.
