Food Allergen Weekly Meal Plans

I will plan a week's worth of dinners for those who are struggling with eating with new or existing food allergies, sensitivities, and restrictions. Meal plans will include 7 main dinner dishes, sides as needed, and grocery shopping lists. All meals will be whole food, ingredient based, with few to no pre-made mixes, ingredients, etc. I will make individual recommendations for substitutions based on your specific dietary restrictions.
Training & Qualifications
With 5 plus years of working around numerous allergies and sensitivities as well as 20 plus years of cooking experience, I have a great deal of experience avoiding all kinds of problem foods as well as finding substitutions.
