Teach you how to prep, cook fresh or preserved sweet and savory jams. I will teach you about all the different tools/equipement/brands/techniques, and explain the food safety requirements like temperature, pH levels, proper canning/sealing and storage.
Training & Qualifications
I am a classically trained chef. I graduated with honors from an accredited Culinary institute which provides Servsafe food sanitation training and certification. Did my internship at The Biltmore Hotel and remained there for several years. 15+ years professional food handling experience.
Availability & Preferences
Any day, Mid-morning to night.
