I can make anything you like, from Lasagna, Tuna Noodle, Baked 7 layer Mexican dip, Stuffed cabbage, Shepard's pie, Chicken & Rice...anything. You tell me your preferences and I'll customize dish for you. You can either pay for ingredients or we can negotiate Simbi to cover food cost depending on amounts.

Training & Qualifications


I am a classically trained chef. I graduated with honors from an accredited Culinary institute which provides Servsafe food sanitation training and certification. Did my internship at The Biltmore Hotel and remained there for several years. 15+ years professional food handling experience.

All the time, just not very early.
