Mandarin Speaking Lessons

I'm looking for a fluent Mandarin speaker to have conversations with and teach me vocabulary. I grew up speaking some Mandarin but English is my first language and I've still not achieved fluency in Mandarin. I know pinyin already and am not interested in reading/writing as my current focus, but rather speaking is my priority. I would prefer to meet in person, but if necessary we could use Skype. I'm willing to offer more for in-person conversation.
