About Meghan VanSteel

Hey there, I'm Meghan. I'm 20. If I had to describe myself in a sentence, it would probably be a run-on like the sentences this bio is probably filled with. On a more serious note, I love people, anim...als, nature and doing new things! Here's a longer bio if you want to know a little bit more about me :) My hobbies consist of mostly things arts-related, such as writing, role-playing games, photography, languages, cinema, cooking, digital art, and music. In my free time, I especially enjoy singing while listening to music or playing my ukulele, as well as reading and writing. I'm trying to improve my photography skills, but it's difficult when I only tend to take pictures when I'm in the car or when my dog Ginger is doing something especially adorable. I have so many interests, it's kind of hard to make time for all of them. I grew up watching things like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. I enjoy similarly-themed TV series along with shows like Psych, Doctor Who, Reign, The 100 and iZombie. I tell you this because I spend a good amount of time watching different movies & TV shows and I'm always looking for recommendations. As for my beliefs and background, I grew up Catholic, attended Catholic schools and chose to be confirmed in the Catholic church. I tried homeschooling after freshman year of high school but switched to a charter school a year later. I'm still quite behind from all of that switching because it was hard to get into the groove of things. I enjoy Simbi but I find it hard to be active due to my busy and somewhat hectic schedule.
