Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energetic healing using universal life force energy, or Ki. During a Reiki session, practitioners direct this energy to specific areas to heal and support your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Recipients typically feel warmth & energy, and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and at peace. Reiki can be done both in person, or remotely.
Long Distance:
For a long distance session, I recommend finding somewhere quiet that you can relax during the session and will be comfortable. It helps to know your location, what you would like to work on (current and chronic health issues, etc), and a photo of yourself to focus visualizing with.

Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing Reiki since 1997, and am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Reiki practitioner.
I also have experience with other forms of energetic and chakra healing as well through schooling and various mentors, which can be combined with a Reiki session as needed.
Availability & Preferences
I am often available at the following times (EST):
*Saturday late afternoon & evenings
*Sunday most of the day during most weeks
*Monday mornings into the early afternoon
*Some weekdays between 9-11am.
