I know that life is extremely stressful and it's hard to just take a minute for yourself. Many people tend to let the stress and frustration build and build up till it seems too much to deal with.
If you need someone to talk to, I'm more than happy to. An ear for your problems, someone just to chat about something to take your mind off life for a minute, a texting buddy for silly memes.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a mom, a friend, a daughter, a person. I've lost people to suicide and seen first hand the effect of someone feeling they have no one to lean on. I don't want anyone to feel like that. You are valued. You are important. You matter.
