I will help get you started with a yoga practice - individual or small group. 4-8 lesson beginner series to get you up and running to have a home practice or feel good enough to go to a public class.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified yoga instructor. Got my training in 2012 from Sivananda Yoga. 10 years of yoga practice. I focus on traditional hatha yoga and what the classic poses are supposed to feel like to be safe and effective.
