Dictation / Transcription
Transcription to digital text format (generally through Google Docs for both our conveniences) of handwritten notes, digital recordings, or in person / over the phone dictation. Recordings must be clear and concise, and able to be played through basic windows media player or my smart phone without extra program downloads. Dictation that isn't well paced and properly enunciated will take longer and therefore cost more - which includes regular conversations / podcasts, mumbling, and low quality recordings. Your hour can also include some basic editing if necessary and any formatting you desire.
Training & Qualifications
Previously employed as a dictation secretary / paralegal at a down town law firm and have six years of experience as well as an average typing speed of 125 words per minute. I now own a Chromebook which makes it easy to travel and improves sound over my old computer.
Availability & Preferences
Most days at most regular daylight hours, with shifting preferences of hour. Generally flexible and willing to work around your schedule.
