Here's how it works. Just tell me a little about yourself and what you are trying to achieve and your e-mail address and I'll send you daily bits of encouragement to help you work towards your goal! If you need encouragement at a particular time of day I can arrange to send you encouragement around that time so you get encouragement when you need it most!
Encouragement from me will contain a personalized message by yours truly just for you and a few motivational images and quotes.
