Teach me how to cook korean dishes
I am a good cook and Korean food has recently shot to the top of my list. But I don't know much about Korean cuisine & cooking methods. I've made kimchi a couple times and I try seaweed salad & jap chae so far. I love sujeonggwa and am particularly interested in ferments.
