Caregiving support or advice
25
Care giving for strangers can be taxing emotionally, physically, psychologically & spiritually. and more so for loved ones.
It is also bewildering & frustrating to navigate the crazy world of healthcare, doctors & other legalities in the current era.
Do you know when you've hit a limit with your exhaustion or a boundary when someone tries to guilt you into something when you are already beyond your capacity?
I have a couple decades experience caregiving housemates, family members & strangers. I've also volunteered & counseled many of my friends & relatives when they were struggling with caregiving. There are some local & internet resources but one of the more useful things is your own capacity to stay in balance.
I can help you stay in balance & refer you to additional resources for help & info.
