I was raised by hippies. My mom has been vegan for 40 years. I always loved cooking AND food in general. I was a vegetarian until I was 23 and since learning all about the animal agriculture industry I've become extremely passionate about spreading the vegan message. Good food is so important to me. As well is health. Which I mostly disregarded previous to this lifestyle change. I'm passionate about connecting our community. I host vegan potlucks and goddess gatherings. I love to cook for people. I want to make the world a better place - since were stuck here for the time being 😸
As I was growing up my father worked at Hippocrates health institute in Florida. I spent many years there learning about health. I volunteered in their kitchen and green house. We grew wheat grass and sunflower sprouts which are my favorite sprout! 🌱
I think the best recipe I have to offer is my cauliflower/ jackfruit "pulled pork"
