This is not a counselling service, this is Happiness Boot Camp!
Many have tried and failed to be happy because they are chasing inappropriate goals or simply don't want those goals enough. Happiness Boot Camp isn't for the sensitive or faint-of-heart, it is for those that have the guts to give everything they have got, make the sacrifices and get to true, fulfilling happiness. It might make you cry, it will make you think and if you want it enough it will make you happier than you have ever been.
How much do you want it?
Nearly two decades ago on a day like any other, a thought occurred to me that stopped me in my tracks...'What if everything I know and believe is wrong?'. From that point, I set out to evaluate life again using the skills and experiences I had gathered and in doing so generated a tool set that I applied first to my self, then to my family and later to both friends and strangers who decided that they "wanted whatever I was taking!"
Fast forward to now, years of continuous improvement to the original tool set, a lot of people with greater clarity and happiness and the development of my understanding that helping people really does make *me* very happy. I get as much, if not more, from this than the mentees do.
Training & Qualifications
I wonder what qualifications would be available for a happiness boot camp; psychology maybe, but this isn't therapy. Counseling perhaps, but this isn't what that is. Medical? A degree of some type? Life coach might come close but I'm not coaching on life (although it will undoubtedly get better), I'm driving a deep change in thought processes that will negate the need for life coaching.
Honestly, there is no qualification that comes near but there is a lot of thought, deep insight and tried-and-tested techniques that can be understood and put to use very quickly by anyone that *wants* to be happy. Yet, one thing I have learnt is this isn't for everyone because not everyone wants to be happy; strange but true.
