About Marie Lange

I'm a 19-year-old nanny trying to save up enough money to attend college someday. In the meantime, I occupy myself by reading anything I can get my hands on, writing all sorts of nonsense, starting ma...ny crochet projects and only finishing a fraction of them, taste-testing various kinds of chocolate, and running around after a very hyper three-year-old. I love talking about anything and everything, wearing fluffy socks, snuggling up under a blanket with a mug of coffee, and singing loudly along to whatever I'm listening to - boy bands and movie soundtracks are prevalent. In addition to singing, I also play piano (at a basic level), guitar (very badly), and violin (quite well if I do say so myself), and enjoy trying to compose songs and flinging my notebooks at the wall when the songs won't write themselves correctly. I fangirl about Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, any book I've ever read or heard of, and also over people - not famous ones, just random friends of mine that I think are awesome. I also love travelling - 19 countries on my list so far, and I've been on an airplane every year of my life - being a homeschooled missionary kid has its advantages! I still intend to make it to Australia some day, and hopefully nothing there will succeed in killing me. Some day I will get to university and study psychology - until then, I'm just trying to work out who I am and how I fit into the world around me.show more
