Family Adventure Travel Advice
5
Do you crave adventure, but are you worried about how your kids will adjust?
Fear not! Family adventure travel is not only possible, but extremely rewarding for children and parents alike.
How do I know this?
I have cycle toured 567 kilometers with my husband and children when the littles were 6, 4, and 2. We travelled in an RV for 9 months when our kiddos were 8, 6, and 4. We also do small adventures near home as well. Having children did not stop us from travelling and experiencing all this beautiful world has to offer, and we want to encourage other parents to experience the world as well.
Whether your dreams of adventure are close to home or across continents, I can show you how to make it happen.
I will give you advice on preparing for short or long-term family adventure travel. Whether it's good, traditional camping equipment for a family, or advice on where to park an RV for free, or how to cycle tour with young children, I'd love to inspire you to see the world (or even just your town) with kids in tow.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a mom of three in an adventurous, out-of-the-box family.
I went on a 567-kilometer (about 400-mile) cycle tour with my hubby and the kids when the little ones were 6, 4, and 2. We did a 9-month RV tour around Canada and the US when the kids were 8, 6, and 4.
I love travelling and I love having the opportunity to show my kids the gorgeous world in which we live. I'd love to inspire you to do the same.
