How to deal with a gluten free diet
I went low-gluten in February 2016, because reasons(I will spare details unless you really want them). Now we fairly easily navigate turning recipes in the big book of plaid evil into eatable if not tasty creations. Willing to share specific recipies, ideas, help convert recipies, and consult on the "OMG what's wrong with my food" dilemma.
