Custom triathlon training plan

I will provide a custom triathlon training plan for novice or intermediate triathletes. You tell me the date and distance of your race and your current fitness levels for each of the three sports, and I will provide you with a custom, easy-to-follow training plan to get from here to the finish line. All levels are welcome. I can do any distance up to Olympic (I have never done half-ironman or IM plans). You will receive a PDF and the original excel worksheet so you can tweak the training plan for your needs, if you like.
Training & Qualifications
I am an experienced triathlete with 5 finishes, including three Olympic distance with ocean swims. I am also an experienced distance runner with many 5k and 10k finishes, as well as 6 half marathons, and 1 full marathon. I enjoy swimming and cycling, but running has always been a struggle for me. I only started running in my 20's, and I am also a slow runner even at my best (10:00 minute mile pace). I also struggle with my weight--so I know what it is to be a beginner! I have created and followed my own custom training plans and provided them to friends many times.
