I love creating Powerpoints, doing research, proofreading, creating documents and charts in Excel, and helping step through the logic of homework questions. I have a BS in Biology, but I am the sole care-taker of my young twin daughters. This leaves me unable to put my strengths to use in the professional world. My dream occupation would be to teach at a college level, so until then, helping with homework and other academic projects. I also have experience working with confidential information, so discretion will not be an issue.
Training & Qualifications
College graduate with a BS in Biology and a cognate in Psychology. I worked extensively in serveral different labs on campus, including the geology lab, the herbarium, and the genetics lab. I also worked for the Office of Disability Services for 5 years. My duties included the following: scanning and editing documents (exams, textbooks, novels... etc.), representing our university at events, helping address accessibility of our campus for students with disabilities, proctoring exams, writing and responding to professional emails, and remote captioning of lectures. I worked as a microbiologist and a senior lab technician after graduation. Basically, if you need something done, I will do it or learn it do it correctly.
