I can make most pastries out of my kitchen- anything from cream puffs to wedding cakes. Because I do not have access to a dough sheeter at home I cannot make layered pastries such as turnovers, croissants, etc. I am well versed in vegan and gluten-free items as well as any other dietary needs. I will not make pies because I will not take business from the bakery I work at.
