Want to supplement your studies at school or prepare for college entrance tests? Or maybe you're interested in a subject that requires a specific language, such as Italian for Art History or German for Philosophy? Did you grow up knowing just a little of your parent's language and want to speak to your relatives in the old country?
I can help you with any of those needs. Start off on the right foot with learning strategies, text book suggestions, study habits, answering questions books seem to overlook, help with pronounciation, and keeping you accountable in your studies. Training & Qualifications
I grew up speaking English and Spanish and then learned French, Italian and German as an adult to support my opera singing studies. It turns out that it is much easier to remember long lines of text when you know that language and what the text means. I have studied two years each of French, Italian and German at the college level and taken a semester of translation in each language.
