Describe your ultimate goal, and based on your current ability, I'll devise a plan to get you where you want to be. My focus is in weight lifting (Both power/strength training and body building) but I'm also proficient with designing calisthenics and long distance endurance training programs. Let's make your body's dreams a reality!
*Results will be determined by consistency, and determination. You will get exactly what you put into the workouts.
P.S. I can accomodate most injuries, but I advise they talk to a certified physical therapist.
Training & Qualifications
I have an AS in general science from L.A. Valley College (cum laude), with the majority of my courses revolving around health, bodily structure/function, and physical activity. I spent 3 years in the Army (11B), and have been training myself and anyone who was interested for the better part of 12 years.
Availability & Preferences
I'm free Friday until 4 p.m. (if local), 3 p.m. if further than 20 miles. Saturdays I'm open until 1 p.m. and 12 p.m. if further than 20 miles. As for sunday, I'm free all day until 8 p.m.
