I'm just a husband and father in the process of becoming a physical therapist. I have experience as a personal trainer in weight lifting (power and body building), calisthenics and long distance endurance training all geared towards those who've sustainted injuries and wish to continue training. As of the moment I am not certified, but I'm working on that. I can train anyone at a moderate level or below. Advanced lifters simply won't benefit from my knowledge unless they're looking to train around an injury as that's what I specialize in.
