I have extensive, long-term budget travel experience, and love to share encouragement and advice with people who want to travel or are planning to travel! I would love to chat with you if you have any questions or concerns that you want to work through relating to: saving money while traveling, earning money while traveling, transportation/logistics, saving money before traveling, meeting people while traveling, being safe while traveling solo (especially as a female), finding cheap flights, packing for long term travel/backpacking, finding work exchanges while traveling, finding volunteer positions while traveling, applying for visas and extensions, finding incredible cultural experiences, having an amazing time while traveling overseas, and MORE! I also am happy to talk about the emotional aspects of long term travel and how to take care of yourself mentally while in constant transition and unfamiliarity. I can also provide location specific advice for certain countries/cities/regions — just ask! This service would not really be ideal for those going on luxury trips, short vacations or trips with large groups.
Training & Qualifications
I have extensive experience traveling overseas on a budget. I have spent a year backpacking solo in Europe and the Middle East, have spent six months as a foreign exchange student in Southeast Asia, and have taken a few solo road trips through the US. I have learned a lot about how to save money, be safe as a solo female traveler, and have rich new experiences.
