30-Minute Body Scan meditation
I will (virtually or in person) lead you into a state of relaxation and mindfulness through a complete meditative body scan. This is in the style of Jon Kabat-Zinn, author of many books, including Full Catastrophe Living.
Training & Qualifications
I have been teaching the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 6-8 week course for several years, and continue my training through teacher-led meditation retreats and teacher training. I have an in-person (not virtual) 6 week course coming up in January in Arvada Colorado. This Body Scan meditation is a taste of that course.
