I will provide you with a recipe tip that I use in my every day cooking, as well as when I cook for private clients/retreats, that leave the body feeling more nourished and energized! I cook vegan and vegetarian food which generally is much easier for the body to digest, unless you have a specific food allergy, etc. If you are looking to incorporate a healthier diet into your life or cooking habits, I'd be happy to send you a tip that has helped me to personally transform my own health.

I've been cooking since youth, however, my largest transformation in terms of preparing healthy food that my body felt happy about has been evolving over the past 7 years. I am currently cooking for private residents, as well as wellness/yoga retreats.
