This to-go service is only available in the Sonoma County area of California.
I will prepare from scratch a homemade healthy vegan/vegetarian meal, suited to your individual request. Send me a message to discuss food preferences, intolerances, etc.
Examples of foods range from simple hand-cut veggie sticks with homemade dips, to hearty quinoa pilaf, to butternut squash scones, to raw vegan cashew-cheesecake of virtually any flavor.
This is a great service in addition to my Nutrition services, so that the food you eat can be in line with helping you achieve your health goals.
This is available as a one-time or recurring service, depending on our agreement and your needs.
Please note that the Simbi price will vary depending on multiple factors such as food volume, cost of ingredients, etc.
My commitment to the earth is strong. Therefore, I would prefer to only use reusable food containers for transporting food to you. Let's come to an agreement on container usage and return that makes sense to your unique needs. Thank you for considering Earth's well-being.

I have been a self-trained whole food vegan chef & baker since 2009. Vegan since 2007. Gluten-free since 2010. I have worked as a private/personal chef for individuals and offices, always with rave reviews. I also specialize in low-glycemic and alternatively sweetened baked goods, especially raw vegan whole-food desserts (sweetened with pureed dates, for example). I have worked in many kitchens and follow food safety guidelines with a passion.
