I will help identify and resolve problems with your computer either in person or virtually. I tend to approach problems with a creative mindset and offer multiple solutions to any given problem when they're available. I'm not going to try and up-sell you or convince you to take a course of action you're uncomfortable with to replace or fix a problem but I will educate on what caused a problem, how to avoid it in the future, and the best solutions for your situation. If you'd like me to fix the problem for you I can certainly take the time but be aware that no matter how experienced a tech is sometimes we haven't encountered something and we'll have to research. If this is the case I'll let you know so you know what your Simbi is going toward.
Training & Qualifications
I've worked in Desktop and Helpdesk support doing software and hardware troubleshooting for 10 years both independently as well as in multiple professional capacities. I am most familiar with Windows though have a few years experience with both Linux and OS X. If something is beyond my ability to fix I know it pretty quickly and I won't waste your time or Simbi.
Availability & Preferences
I have most weekends free and weekday evenings after 6:00.
