"We entrusted Libby with care of our Family home and animals whilst we were travelling. She was delightful and easy to deal with, ready to accommodate the quirks of one of our animals and demonstrably capable of so doing. She never failed in her responsibilities. Our dogs and cat adored her and our home was well cared for. Libby communicated well but was also confident to make her own decisions, including taking an animal to a veterinary when she considered it necessary, for which we were most grateful.
