I'm looking for someone to teach me how to record and edit videos. The videos will be posted to a YouTube channel as well as linked or embedded on a blog site. I have no experience with creating or editing videos and no professional equipment to do so. My options for recording are my laptop's built-in webcam or my smartphone's camera. Both of these are a bit older so I'm not sure of the quality. I've done screen capture recordings before and will definitely do some more of those in the future but still do not know how to edit them. Currently, I have a Mac laptop and whatever software comes with it. Hoping to not spend a bunch of money on video editing software at this point but rather to use what I have access to or something that is free.
