5 Senses Guided Journey

I will have a 30 minute phone/ Skype or Google hangouts call.
Background: Self Care is my full time passion. One day I thought "what if everyone greeted all of their 5 senses every morning in a delightful manner, welcoming themselves lovingly into the world for a new day? " I do this for myself and want to share the pleasure with you.
On this call, we will go through all 5 senses and discover how you like to stimulate each of them. We will discuss what you currently have on hand and what you need to get. We will brainstorm ways to get your hands on all the happy things that you want to greet you in the morning.
For ex: Putting a plant in your room so you see it when you wake up, having the fridge stocked with breakfast goodies , choosing which playlist to listen to upon waking, etc etc.
This will be tailored individually to you!
I will send a word document after the call with a summary and shopping list.
Training & Qualifications
I have painstakingly spent the last 3 years listening and intuiting to my body, mind, heart and soul. I've found a very healthy lifestyle where I am aware of my needs and proactively attending to them rather than solving crises at the last minute (which i used to do!)
I think it's so valuable to create a vision in detail. Often it is challenging to care for oneself, and it's immensely helpful to invite another person to support the self care journey.
Abraham Maslow's laws of hierarchy are the foundation of my self care process.
