I’m in my last semester of graduate school to become a dietitian!
This session would be more geared towards children but I can adapt it for people of all ages!

Some examples of what we could talk about: eating the rainbow, whole grains, simple and complex carbs, fiber, where our food comes from… if you have specific interests, I can tailor the lesson to fit!
