I offer unique forms of meditation, allowing a journey inward thru movement & creativity, or a simple way of being in the moment, letting things FLOW!!
There are two different flow meditation options...
Movement Flow:
I utilize spinning flow arts, like poi or hooping, to merge with the music, find your center, and stop all the monkey brain chatter! No previous flow art experience required, just an open heart and mind.
Creativity Flow:
This meditation combines silent reflection and observation with the flow of a pen... I hope to lead you to a place within that allows insight, intention, forgiveness, spiritual connection, and more to flow through creative writing, blurbing, or other doodling. Even if you don't think of yourself as a poet, you will likely be surprised when the final bell rings to see what flowed onto the page!
Training & Qualifications
3yrs as a Lay Worship Leader
9yrs of Poi spinning, some hooping
10yrs of multiple meditation experiences
Availability & Preferences
Flexible days and late evenings
