Do you want to workout, but lose motivation after you get home from work? Having another person ready and willing to meet you at a designated time will help you to stop procrastinating your workout. I am willing to do that for you. Just tell me what your fitness level is, and i'll plan and arrange exercises based upon your needs. I will offer you support and motivation during our workout to remind you of how awesome you are for doing something healthy for your mind and body. Don't be shy and don't worry about your fitness level. I am no one to impress and I guarantee I do nothing very impressive, aside from my willingness to sweat along with you. I will be ready and punctual for our workout with a detailed list of exercises you have signed off on. If you don't like it - you never have to do it again and you still did that thing (at least for one day) you keep saying you're going to start doing tomorrow, or next week or next year or whenever. It's a win/win. ;)

Training & Qualifications
I work in an environment where I meet a lot of different people. I have held workout groups at my home off and on for the past year. I've always been the coordinator. I love to do fun things like put workout routines on index cards with an inspirational quote on the back - so that when we draw the card, we also get to read the quote. It was fun and quirky. My group loved it. Like most things, groups end as life gets busier. I'm ready to try it out again, only this time virtually. I think that will help with time restraints and provide a bit more flexibility.
Availability & Preferences
Sunday-Tuesdays: Evenings, Wed-Thurs usually free all day, Friday and Saturday - late evenings.
