I will help you shift your negative beliefs and change your life experience from one of resistance and suffering to one of joy and peace.
In the 60 min session I invite you to introspect into your life and share what is bothering and stressing you and I guide you to question the beliefs that you are unconsciously holding that is creating your pain and suffering. It could be as extreme as mental illness or as minute as a trivial stessor etc.
An example of some beliefs would be:
"my husband does not care about me"
"I am not good enough at what I do"
"I am the one that bad things happen to"
These beliefs for example act as a filter through which you perceive your life experience and can be very painful, limiting and dangerous for yourself and the people that are around you.
My job is to guide you to find YOUR OWN truth, wisdom and healing.
The results are remarkable: you will be feeling relief, empowerment, clarity and freedom.
Training & Qualifications
In my life, I had watched my uncle die in front of me and have endured physical and emotional abuse, I was severely depressed, unable to function in life because I had so much trauma and self limiting beliefs. But I managed to take control of my mind. Through questioning all the thoughts and beliefs that were scaring me, I changed my life. I had a huge awakening and that has resulted in a radical 180 shift in my life. Now I believe it is my responsibility to help many others heal and free their minds.
