I have been living a gluten free lifestyle for almost 6 years. I have learned how to avoid the pitfalls for getting contaminated, find and make delicious food, turn the things I normally like gluten free, order in restaurants without inconveniencing them, and most of all, being happy with my lifestyle change, and the health and freedom it brings.
