Have been Gluten Free for 6 years. Have educated myself extensively on the disease and how it affects the immune system.
I am a food and baked goods conisuer. I LOVE good food, and want to help make your business Gluten Friendly by educating you and your staff on the "do's" and "don'ts" of handling someone's questions, taking their order, having a safe workspace in the kitchen and not accidentally cross contaminating their food. ALL while not making drastic changes to your menu or service. (Other than being a little more kind, because contamination can be extremely painful and debilitating)
Availability & Preferences
Mornings between 9-11. Afternoons between 2-4.
