Virtual or local instruction and coaching for beginners yoga and/or aerobic dance. If local, we can use my living space, if virtual we can use a live video chat system. I have my own supplies.
I am looking for someone who can do Mondays or Tuesdays in the afternoon or evening and someone who can tailor the session to target specific painful spots in my back and neck.
Although I already have beginners knowledge of yoga, I am neither confident nor practiced hence the need for a one-on-one session.
I am looking for at least 4 sessions for 60 simbi (15 simbi a session) or other trade. I am willing to consider compensating more simbi based on your experience/certification. Thank you for your time!
