About Kim Zerr

I believe in the true meaning of life; that we are just visitors here and during our time we must try to do something good, something useful, with our lives. If I contribute to other people's happine...ss and success, not only will I find the true meaning of life, but I will also find my own happiness along the way. I flew from the nest when I was young, I've always had a dream of seeing the world and being a part of something bigger. I've had quite a bit of employment and life experience since then. 10 years in the customer service industry has helped me develop a vast pallet of skills and traits, 6 of those years were also in a professional office with direct contact with the public. 4 years as a part time student at the local state college with an emphasis on business management, communications, and humanities. Creativity is the most important skill/trait that I value. With the help of multiple semesters of art courses and a lifetime as a dreamer/inventor/free thinker, I have been able to nourish my ability to imagine and then make those dreams come to life. Providing administrative support in an office was a fulfilling and enriching career that sharpened my professional communications written & verbal, experience with office procedures and life, organization, and my ability to multi-task with consistency while maintaining attention to detail. I gained valuable knowledge of excellent customer service skills while focusing on empathy, problem solving and de-escalation techniques during my work in a high volume, in-bound call center. This opportunity also strengthened my resourcefulness and ability to "think fast" as time is always valuable to my customers. My innovative thinking is my greatest resource that I have to offer, It has been polished throughout specialized college modules, work experience, and life lessons.
