Hi, I am currently 5 weeks pregnant, I have had 3 other miscarriages and I would really like to keep this one but unfortunately my stress level is way up there and I have heard that yoga is amazing to help with that. I am not incredibly fit, I'm actually a bit overweight, I have been eating incredibly healthy lately and wish to be even more healthy to give my future child what they need. So I would need someone to give me a yoga lesson that I will be able to use through out my pregnancy, even when I have a 6 pound baby in my belly. This would be very appreciated. Thank you so much.
