I make assessments about how your brain is working by how your body is moving then provide simple and short exercises to increase brain function. These exercises target your neural input—your vision, balance and spatial sense. We pattern our bodies to compensate for poor brain function so by learning how to move well, we increase our brain function tremendously! This consultation doesn't require a gym or weights, the movements are simple and are tailored to your body because it's your brain! All we need for a session is skype and room for you to stand. If you’re local—even better! I will assess your posture, movement, walking patterns and movement habits to then help you increase mobility, strength, flexibility and decrease stress, anxiety, illness, soreness, chronic or acute pain.
If you suffer from chronic or acute pain, difficulties after surgery, chronic stress and entirety, weight issues, painful posture, this is for you.

-ZHealth is applicable neurology meaning that I assess how your body moves to understand how your brain is working. Then I help you love better to improve brain function which decreases pain and threat and increases overall wellness
