About Kevin Millett

I am 29 years old, married for 5 years, have 3 kids (4, 2, 6months) and am currently serving in the US Navy. I am originally from Everett, Washington but am currently living in Maryland. I have alway...s enjoyed meeting and talking to new people, and I am always available to lend a listening ear. I Enjoying writing (working on a couple projects right now, and dream of being a published author someday) and also know how to craft brew beer, mead, and hard cider. I also enjoy fishing (I have been trying to teach myself to fish), hiking, camping, and exploring back roads and new places. I enjoy live music, art, and old cars. I have a 1962 Ford Thunderbird that I inherited when my Grandfather passed six years ago, I am hoping to get start on its restoration in the next few months to years. It will be a learning experience however, since I do not have much knowledge or skills to speak of when it comes to car restoration or mechanics. I also love science and can spend hours talking about space, future tech and abstract theories like time travel and deep space exploration. I also love community involvement and political engagement, and always welcome a respectful, productive conversation about the steps we can all take to make our world the way we want it to be. I have an associates degree in health sciences from American Military University and am planning to return to school to complete my BA as soon as possible.show more
